Elections

Elected officers serve a term from May 1 through April 30.  Elections are held once a year in March.  An election committee of at least three members is selected in November.  The election committee must solicit and accept nominations, supply them to the newsletter editor for publication in the February edition, distribute ballots, and subsequently count and report the number of ballots received for each candidate.
